For all Express delivery orders, a flat-rate order processing charge (towards the cost of shipping, packaging, and packing) is applied and indicated in your "basket" when you place your order.
This charge is only applied once per order, even where an order is delivered in several parcels.

CYRILLUS uses the services of UPS for order deliveries. Average delivery times are indicated in working days in the table below. These apply to orders placed before 18.00 (French time), subject to product availability and to the correctness of the details you supply.
In any event, these timeframes should not exceed 30 days.
With our new delivery service, you can now track your parcel. Simply click on the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email sent by UPS. You will be redirected to the UPS website.
Your parcel will be delivered to the delivery address you have indicated. UPS agents will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. After three unsuccessful attempts, the UPS agents will try to contact you by telephone or email. If you do not respond within 48 hours, the order will automatically be returned to the sender.

NB: For residents in French overseas departments and territories, orders are delivered by the company Colissimo within 10 working days.

Where items are delivered unassembled, assembly remains the Customer's responsibility. The Customer is also responsible for putting equipment into use by following the setup instructions in the user manual.


By Bank Card*

Enter your card number (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express), expiry date, and security code (the last three numbers on the back of your card). Any costs related to the use of a foreign bank card on the Website will be borne by the User. The User should therefore contact their bank for details of any applicable fees and/or currency conversion charges.
Your payment will be recorded as of the invoicing date of your parcel.

By PayPal

During the order stage, select the PayPal payment method then confirm.
• You will be redirected to your PayPal account.
• Log in (or create an account) and confirm your payment.
• Once your payment has been accepted, you will automatically be redirected to cyrillus.com to check your order confirmation.

By gift card/e-gift card

On cyrillus.com.
Gift cards are valid for a year.

By reward voucher

For every purchase made, points are credited to your loyalty account. Once you have earned 10 points, you can choose to use your reward voucher in our stores or on cyrillus.com. *In the case of backorders or out-of-stock items, the amount debited will apply only to those items actually invoiced and delivered. Bank card details will be stored in an encrypted format until actual full payment of the order has been made through our payment service provider, and up until expiry of the statutory return period, so that refunds may be credited to your account.

The bank card details you provide when placing an order are used by CYRILLUS for the sole purpose of carrying out the transaction for which they are supplied. Similarly, if you opt for deferred payment, your bank details will be retained in the same way by our service provider until the scheduled payment date.
You can choose to save/record your card details to avoid having to re-enter them every time you order. When being entered, your bank card number will appear in full, but only the last four numbers will be visible in your account for Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard, and the first four and last two numbers for American Express cards. The others are not displayed for security reasons. In accordance with the Law of 13 March 2000 relative to electronic signatures, the online transmission of your card number and your final order confirmation constitute proof of the entire order along with the enforceability of amounts due as payment of the order.

Total payment security

All our transactions are made over a secure server (SSL 128-bit encryption). Transfer of sensitive data (personal data, bank card numbers and similar) is reliable and secured by a server certificate.

Exchanges and Returns

If an item is not suitable, you can exchange it or request a refund for any purchase (unworn, unaltered Items, and Items that have not been customised at your request). Items must be returned intact in their original packaging with all accessories, user manuals and any other documentation.
You have 30 days (from receipt of the last item in your order) to return an item to us.

How to return an item

By mail Simply fill in the returns section on the back of your invoice and return the unworn item to the following address:

If you reside within the European Union Orders are returned by you, at your own expense (in the absence of more favourable national conditions), using the carrier of your choice (local postal services, UPS, DHL and similar).
However, if you refuse to take delivery of a parcel (for example, if the parcel is damaged), it will be returned to CYRILLLUS by UPS. In such cases, you will not bear the cost of returning the goods, and the value of your order will be refunded.

If you live outside the European Union If you live outside the European Union, you will have to pay customs duties upon receipt of your parcel, as goods are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Should you wish to return your order, you will need to go to the offices of the carrier of your choice (local postal services for example) where you will have to complete an export declaration. You will be asked to indicate the country of origin of the goods (country of manufacture indicated on the item's ‘made in’ label), the original amount and the selected INCOTERM. This should be DDU: Delivery Duty Unpaid. You will then have to pay the return shipment cost. You will not, however, have to pay export duty.
Subject to the above-mentioned conditions, CYRILLUS undertakes to reimburse amounts due as quickly as possible and at the latest within 14 days following receipt of proof of return (receipt for the postage of a tracked parcel, stamped and dated by the post office) of the parcel addressed to us or receipt of the parcel by us (the first of these two dates prevailing).

Refunds will be made using the payment method of the returned order.
