The following general terms of sale cover the sale of goods
presented on the site of :

Any order implies agreement to the present general terms of
sale. The sale contract submits to French law. Orders can be
placed only between CYRILLUS and a non-trading physical person.
The offer for sale of our products is subject to stock availability
and is valid in the French Overseas Dept and abroad (except
for metropolitan France, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland available
via the corresponding site on Cyrillus.com).
Although we take great care in describing and presenting the
articles sold as precisely as possible, some errors might occur.
In this case, we cannot in any way be considered responsible.
The photographs showing the articles have an indicative value
only due to changes which may occur during transcription on
to the site.
Due to our purveyors, we may be obliged to deliver an item whose
manufacture may be slightly different from the one described,
but will always be in keeping with our quality requirements.
In this case and according to our "satisfaction guaranteed"
policy, you will be able to return the item for an exchange
or a refund.
Any transaction between Cyrillus and its customers not contested
within 6 months cannot give rise to any claim.
Our prices are shown in Euros. They are guaranteed except in
the case of a typographical or printing error.
For certain selected countries, prices are also given in the
country's currency for information only. In any case, goods
are invoiced in Euro.
Prices do not include post and packing charges currently applied
for delivery abroad (see "delivery").
For countries outside the European Union and French Overseas
Depts and Territories, prices are in Euro and tax free.
Within the context of direct importation of products from metropolitan
France, for countries outside the EU and French Overseas Depts
and Territories, import taxes may have to be paid to your country's
customs service according to the value of your parcel. Please
contact the Customs Dept of your country's postal service for
further information. For countries within the European Union,
VAT is taken care of by Cyrillus.
Invoices should be kept and delivery notes enclosed with any
article returned for an exchange or a refund.

Our advisors will be happy to help you from Monday to Saturday,
8 am to 8 pm (time in mainland France). Outside these hours, an answerphone

By credit card:
Indicate your card number (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express), the expiry date and cryptogram (the last 3 digits written on the back of your card).
Your payment will be recorded from the date your packages are invoiced. In the event of items that are deferred or sold out, you will be debited only for the amount corresponding to the items actually invoiced and delivered.
In the case of a deferred delivery, the amount debited on the order can be made in several instalments, according to the different delivery dates of your items.
In this case, the credit card details will be kept in an encrypted format up until the actual payment of the order, via our service provider for payment and up to expiry of the period corresponding to your right to return items, in order to refund the amount to your credit card account.
The data relating to credit cards conveyed at the time of your order shall be used by Cyrillus only for the purposes of making a transaction.
In addition, when selecting delayed or deferred payment, your bank details will be kept in the same manner by our service provider, until the planned date of payment.
To ensure a secure payment, Cyrillus uses the OGONE secure payment service.
This service includes the SSL3.0 security payment standard (Confidential data are encrypted in the OGONE server and shall not at any time be sent to our computer server). OGONE also ensures high data security with regard to your payment methods.
Your payment request shall be sent in real time to the secure OGONE online payment manager, which will than make the different verifications needed in order to prevent any abuse or fraud.
You can choose whether to save/memorize the information relating to your credit card to avoid having to enter it with each order. Your credit card number will appear in full when you enter it, while only the last 4 figures will be visible in your account for Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard cards, and the first 4 digits and last 2 digits for American Express cards; the other figures being hidden for security purposes.
In accordance with the Law of 13 March 2000 concerning electronic signatures, the online transmission of your credit card number and final validation of your order shall be considered as proof of the full order, with the amounts due for payment of said order.

CYRILLUS uses the services of UPS to deliver your orders. Delivery times usually found are listed in the table below in working days for orders placed before 6pm (French time), subject to product availability and the user has submitted correct data. In any case, these delays should not exceed 30 days.
Thanks to the new delivery service, you can track the delivery of your parcel. Simply inform us of your email address and click on the link that figures in the confirmation email you will have received from UPS. You will then be redirected to the UPS website.
The parcel will be delivered to your stated place of delivery. A UPS employee will make up to three visits to deliver your order. If all three attempts areunsuccessful, a UPS employee will try to contact you by telephone or email. Failing a reply from you within 48 hours, the order will automatically be returned to the sender.
The amount for carriage costs corresponds to the preparation and transport costs of the parcel. These costs are payable only once per order even if this is delivered in several parcels. The delivery costs are the fixed costs that vary according to the destination country and the chosen delivery mode (supplement of 3 euros for express delivery).

If you are unsatisfied with any item, you can exchange it or ask for it to be reimbursed within a period of 15 days following receipt of your order (including special offers and sales items).

The return costs are to be paid by you. You will be reimbursed via your banker’s card or in the form of a credit note according to the method of payment used at the time of your order. In the case of an exchange order, the amount owed will be reimbursed in the form of a credit note, deducted at the time of a future purchase by telephone or by post.
In the event of an exchange, you will not be required to repay your contribution to the fixed transport costs if the amount of your new order is less than or equal to the exchanged amount.

We will deliver your parcel to the address of your choice, anywhere in the world. Simply state the delivery address clearly on the order form or mention it when placing the order by phone or via the Internet. Your order will be delivered by airmail and, in most cases by registered post. Orders are usually dispatched within 14 days, but please allow up to a maximum of 28 days. If an article is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will send it out as soon as it becomes available.
Cyrillus can send gifts on your behalf: give the address of the person who is to receive the gift and indicate wether you would like it gift-wrapped. Add 3 € per gift-wrap to the total amount of your order. Please note: for countries outside the EU (and the French Overseas Regions and Territories) the invoice will be attached to the outside of the parcel in order to comply with custom regulations. If you wish to send a gift to someone yourself, a gift-wrap can be enclosed with your order, on request.
We need to know your personal details in order to deal with any request you may make. If you give us your e-mail address, we will be able to send you confirmation of your order as well as information on our special offers and events via Internet and in our shops.

any subjacent technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks

Any user who has a personal Internet site is able to put on his site a simple link which gives direct access to the CYRILLUS site homepage. This will in no way imply an affiliation contract.
On the other hand, any hypertext link using the framing technique or in-line linking to establish connection to Cyrillus is strictly forbidden.
In any case, any link, even tacitly authorised, must be removed at Cyrillus' request.
Cyrillus undertakes to comply with the rules and regulations

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before
entering any legal action. Otherwise, any legal action will
be brought to the relevant tribunals within the juridiction
of SAS CYRILLUS's registered office.
CYRILLUS cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage emanating from the use of the internet network, such as a supply cut, computer virus or external intrusion or, more generally, any case qualified by the tribunals as "force majeure".
