- 1. The offer and the guarantees
Our product offers are valid within the limits of the available stocks, around the world.
For deliveries in metropolitan France (excluding the French Overseas Departments), Germany, Belgium and Switzerland, we ask that you please visit the corresponding sites:

The products available for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Should minor errors nevertheless occur despite our precautions, we can under no circumstances be held liable.
In this case, you have thirty (30) days after receiving your parcel in which to return the defective product. As relevant, we ask you to please indicate the said defect in the return slip attached to your invoice.
It should also be noted that you may benefit from the possibly more favourable provisions of the Consumer code in effect within your country of residence.
Moreover, depending on our suppliers, we may be required to deliver an article to you that has a slightly different composition than as originally described, but only if it is of equal or better quality than the ordered product. If you do not wish to keep the delivered article, you will of course be entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. Any dispute in this regard will occur within the framework of a possible exchange and of the aforesaid guarantees (Cyrillus will then be responsible for the return shipping expenses).
- 2. The prices
The prices of the Products are indicated in Euros, including all taxes. They include the French VAT and any possible discounts applicable on the day of the order.
The prices of the Products do not include shipping costs (postage, parcel packaging and handling based on the relevant amounts). The amount of the shipping costs will be indicated in the purchase order before the order is validated.
Should one or more French taxes or contributions, notably environmental, be created or modified, whether upward or downward, this change can be reflected in the sale prices of the Products offered on the Internet site and in the various sales support media.
However, a price cannot be modified after the User’s order has been validated.
Keep your invoice, as you will need it in case of an exchange or refund.
If you reside outside of the European, the order may be subject to customs duties and/or taxes (including local taxes possibly collected upon delivery), for which you will be responsible. As relevant, you will only pay the pre-tax amount of your order.
CYRILLUS is unable to provide an advance estimate of the amount of these taxes. You are therefore asked to contact your national customs service for more information.
The prices of the products shown on the Internet site are valid for as long as they remain online.

- 3. The order
Your order can only be placed on the site if you clearly identify yourself by entering your customer number or your identifier and password, which are strictly personal to you.
Once your order has been validated, it will be transferred to our logistics service for processing. Within one hour, you will receive an automatic e-commercemail acknowledgement.
If you do not wish to place your order online, you have the following additional ordering options:
- By telephone, by calling (00) 33 3 20 99 33 33. Our operators are at your service from Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM (French time), and you will be able to use various payment instruments.
- By fax sent to (00) 33 3 20 99 33 16 if your call is from outside of metropolitan France.
Payment by debit/credit card or cash on delivery (if cashon delivery is accepted in your country). A surcharge equalto the current postal rates in your country will be addedto your invoice.
- By letter sent to: CYRILLUS VEPEX 5000 - 59586 LILLE CEDEX 9 - FRANCE (payment by cheque or payment cards).
Any order not accompanied by a payment will be shipped “cash on delivery”, plus the applicable tax.
In certain cases, notably including a payment default, incorrect address or other problem with the User’s account, CYRILLUS reserves the right to block the user’s order until the problem is resolved.
Should an ordered Product be unavailable, the User will be so informed by e-mail.
The order for this Product will then be cancelled and any payment will be refunded (only Products available at the time of the order can result in a payment, as opposed to backordered products), though the rest of the order will remain firm and final.

- 4. Payment
Payment for an online order is made by credit card at the time of the order, using the following procedure:
indicate your card number (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, and American Express), the expiry date and the security code (the last 3 numbers shown on the back of your card).
Your payment will be recorded as of the invoicing date for your parcels. In case of backordered or out-of-stock products, the payment will only cover the amount of the products actually invoiced and delivered. The contact details for the credit card will then be saved in encrypted format until the actual and total payment for the order, by means of our payment service provider, and until the end of the timeframe for your right to return the product, in order to be able to reimburse you by crediting your account.
Credit card data provided at the time of placing your orders are only used by Cyrillus for the purposes of carrying out the transaction. Also, should you opt for deferred payment, your bank details will similarly be retained by our service provider until the anticipated payment date.
To ensure payment security, Cyrillus uses the OGONE secure payment services. This service uses the SSL3.0 security standard. (Confidential data are encrypted on the OGONE server and are at no time transmitted over our IT server). As such, OGONE ensures the greatest possible security of the data related to your payment methods. In real-time, your payment request is sent to the OGONE secure online payment manager, which carries out various verifications in order to prevent abuse and fraud.
You can choose to save / record the information relative to your credit card, thereby avoiding the need to re-enter the data with each order. Your credit card number appears in its entirety when first entered by you, but only the last 4 digits will be visible in your account for Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard cards, or the first 4 and last 2 digits for American Express cards, with the others being concealed for security reasons. In compliance with the law of 13 March 2000 on electronic signatures, the online transmission of your card number and the final validation of your order serve as proof of the entire order and of the enforceability of the sums owed for the settlement of this order.
- 5. Delivery
Only orders with invoicing and delivery addresses anywhere in the world other than in France, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland are accepted on the site www.cyrillus.com. For these countries, please visit the corresponding sites, see article 1 )
CYRILLUS uses the services of the UPS company for the delivery of your orders. The usual delivery times are indicated in business days in the following table, for any order placed before 6 PM (French time), subject to availability of the products and provided that the user has submitted correct data. In any event, these timeframes will not be longer than 30 days.
Thanks to the new delivery service, you can track your parcel’s delivery. To do so, you have only to click on the link provided for this purpose in the shipping confirmation e-mail sent by the UPS company. This will take you to the UPS site.
The parcel will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by you. The UPS agents will make three attempts to deliver your order. After three unsuccessful attempts, the UPS agents will try to contact you by telephone or e-mail. Should you not respond within 48 hours, the order will be automatically returned to the sender.
For each order, you are asked to provide an inclusive contribution to the costs for processing your order (postage, handling and packaging of the parcel), which is indicated in the “Basket” step when placing your order. This participation applies only once per order, even if the delivery will involve several parcels. The delivery costs are fixed expenses that vary according to the selected delivery method (surcharge of three euros for express shipment).

- 6. Satisfaction or refund service (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
If an article does not suit you, you can exchange it or request a refund within 15 days after receiving your order (including special offers and sale items). To do so, simply fill out the section provided for this purpose in the invoice and return the item to us, unworn and in the original packaging (having completely filled out the corresponding section on the back of your invoice), to the following address:

You will be responsible for the return shipment cost using the postal services.
The refund will be provided onto your credit card or in the form of a credit note, depending on the payment method used at the time of your order.
Independently of the “Satisfaction or refund” guarantee described in article 7 below, you are also entitled to the legal conformity guarantee as well as the legal guarantee for hidden defects (see article 1 of the present terms of sale).
If you reside within the European Union, you will return your order by your own means and at your expense (in the absence of more favourable national provisions), while selecting the carrier of your choice (local postal services, UPS, DHL ...). Nevertheless, if you refuse the parcel at the time of its delivery (for example, if the parcel is damaged), it will be returned to CYRILLUS by UPS. In this case, you will not be responsible for the cost for returning the merchandise, and the price of your order will be refunded to you.
If you live outside of the European Union, you must pay the customs duties when receiving your parcel, as the merchandise is sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Should you wish to return your order, you must visit the offices of the carrier of your choice (for example the local postal services) in order to fill out an export declaration. You will then be asked to indicate the country of origin of the merchandise (manufacturing country indicated on the item’s “made in” label), the original amount and the selected INCOTERM. The latter will be DDU: Delivery Duty Unpaid.
You will then have to pay the return shipment cost, but will not have to pay the export duties.
- 7. Personal data
Collection, processing and archiving of personal information:
In order to honour its commitment, CYRILLUS is required to collect certain information regarding the User: surname, first name, e-mail address as well as mailing address, products ordered,...
The User’s e-mail address is required in order to send an order confirmation.
It is the responsibility of CYRILLUS to ensure that the personal data in its possession are correct and up-to-date, and it is for this reason that the User has the right to access, modify and delete the information relating to him/her.
When ordering, the personal data will be subject to computerized processing.
The User is asked to refer to the Internet site’s “Protection of Privacy & Cookies” tab for further information regarding this point.
- 8. Intellectual property
All elements of the Internet site, whether visual or sound, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents.
As such, no documents coming from the Internet site can be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way.
However, one copy of the documents can be downloaded to a computer for the user’s personal usage and only for non-commercial purposes, provided that the user does not modify the information contained therein, and maintains the intact nature of all copyrights or other ownership indications. Any modification of these documents or their usage for another purpose constitutes a violation of the intellectual property rights of Cyrillus.
A user with a personal Internet site who wishes to place on his/her site, for personal purposes, a simple link leading directly to the Internet site’s homepage is required to have requested the prior authorisation of the Cyrillus company. Under no circumstances will this constitute an implicit affiliation agreement.
On the other hand, any hypertext link leading to the Internet site and that uses framing or in-line linking techniques is formally forbidden. In any event, any link must be removed when requested by Cyrillus.
- 9. Liability
Cyrillus cannot be held liable for inconveniences and damages relative to any usage of the Internet network, notably including a service interruption, the presence of computerized viruses, external intrusions or, more generally, all cases recognised as force majeure by the courts.
The Internet site complies with French laws and, in any event, CYRILLUS provides no guarantee of conformity with the local legislation that may be applicable to you, in the event that you access the Internet site from another country.
- 10. Dispute settlement
The General Terms are subject to French law.
Cyrillus complies with the Code of Ethics of the FEVAD (Fédération du e-commerce et de la Vente à distance) and with the Médiation du e-commerce system. Click here for more information.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be pursued prior to any legal actions. Failing that, legal proceedings will be initiated before the courts with jurisdiction over the defendant’s residence.
